Aluminum, copper, and stainless steel tubing up to 5” in diameter are precision bent at our facility. Our job shop is equipped with an array of manual, CNC, hydraulic, and pneumatic tube benders to handle diverse requirements. We maintain an inventory of mandrels and dies to process tubes at low tooling cost. We bend tubes having round, rectangle, and square cross sections to the specified tolerances. 		MIG, TIG, STICK, and Robotic Welding E-Tube & Wire provides MIG, TIG, resistance, and on-site robotic welding services for exotic metals such as aluminum and Inconel. Our welders are trained in welding products from wire forms to heavy steel frames. We are certified to meet Federal contract specifications and Mil-Spec standards. Brazing of tubing assemblies is also performed. Assemblies as well as products such as grills, screens, POP displays, plating/painting racks, and wire baskets are welded at our facility. 		CNC 5 Axis Laser Cutting We provide 5-axis laser cutting for fabricating parts from ferrous, non-ferrous, as well as exotic materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. With 5000 W CNC lasers, we create precise and clean cuts on parts that do not require any further finishing. 3D cutting technology used in our lasers allows us to perform intricate designs on tubes, wire forming products, and several other components. Steel, stainless steel, bronze, and brass are some typical materials we handle. SolidWorks 3-D CAD software is used to provide design assistance and fully engineered concepts.
